Top runway fashion photo agency firstVIEW.com seeks an intern to contribute to their blog presence.

The ideal candidate must have strong writing skills and be an avid fashion follower. You should be familiar with current trends and designers, and must have a working knowledge of social media outlets: twitter, facebook, tumblr. Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.

Availability should be 3 days a week- Tues, Wed, Thurs and candidates should be able to participate in Fashion Week events through early March. This is an unpaid position.

Navia Vision is looking for NYFW Interns!

Navia, is a NYC based fashion show & event production company currently looking for 10 to 15 interns to assist with production of 3 to 5 shows during this upcoming NYFW at a number of venues, including Lincoln Center.

Interns responsibilities will include but are not limited to: support show team in pre-collection 3 to 6 days before the show, assisting producers with foh & boh arrangements, dressing and model preparation, providing administrative support to production assistants and show team.

The ideal candidate must be able to commit Feb 8th to Feb 15th and live in NYC. Familiarity with current trends and designers as well as a strong desire to be in fashion show & event production are a plus. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills while remaining professional, extremely organized, proactive, and pay very close attention to detail.

Sally Lyndley, Editor-at-Large for LOVE magazine and Fashionista contributor is looking for smart, savvy fashion lovers to join her team as styling interns for the Spring semester. Sally works with some of the biggest players in fashion and is committed to teaching her interns as much as possible about what it means to be a stylist in today’s market. Sally’s interns work closely with her on every facet of her styling practice from shoot production, to creative research for editorial and consultancy clients, prepping runway shows and working on content for her newly launched subscription website ForThoseWhoNotice.com.

In return for their hard hands-on work interns are given a solid knowledge foundation and tool set that cannot be taught in any classroom. Sally’s goal is to prepare her interns for a successful future in fashion, whether at a magazine or PR/Creative agency.

Learn about the fashion industry from the inside with an internship at Silent, a high fashion modeling agency. Interns will experience the excitement of New York Fashion Week and receive mentoring from senior management.

We’re looking for interns who are:
-enthusiastic about fashion and modeling
-highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
-detail-oriented, diligent, and accountable
-computer literate and web savvy

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, proficiency in Russian or French, and prior fashion or modeling agency internship experience will strengthen an applicant’s candidacy, but are NOT required.

Responsibilities may include:
-Supporting agents in scheduling and booking
-Assisting models in going on castings and to and from shows and shoots
-Assisting CEO in managing office workflow

The internship is unpaid but offers excellent opportunities to learn about the modeling industry and to make connections in fashion.
